This set of equipment is used to complete the VPI impregnation of large and medium-sized motor stators and rotors after mass production. Vertical structure, mainly consists of a storage tank, two dip tanks, one of which is reserved, a dip tank and control system, vacuum system, pressurization system, air drying system, return paint system, cooling System, hydraulic open and closed can lid system, temperature, pressure, vacuum detection and recording system, exhaust gas treatment and discharge system; control system, vacuum system, pressurized system, air drying system, return paint system, etc. The exhaust gas treatment and discharge system is left in place with a 4.2 m dip tank connection and control interface.

The impregnation work and process are controlled by computer, advanced technology, reliable work, energy saving and environmental protection.
