The heat caused by a large amount of loss in the motor diffuses into the surrounding air through the surface of the motor.

When the motor works in a certain situation, in order to prevent excessive temperature rise in various parts of the motor, sometimes there is a special channel or a pipe containing water in the hottest part of the motor, and the circulating air inside the motor will give the inner tropics to the surface cooled by water.

Air-water cooling is a common cooling method for motors, which is usually used in high-power industrial motors.

IC81W-- is air-cooled and self-ventilated, and the motor is equipped with a heat exchanger (air-to-water). The water circulation is powered by an independent pump or water system.

IC86W-- motor is a fully enclosed motor with independent air / water cooler.
